E. Dwight Oestreich

I am a native of Fredericksburg and after a three year stint with the US Army returned home to raise a family and become active in the community. I owned and operated Sunset Village Grocery and after a few years got my real estate license. In 1982 I became affiliated with CENTURY 21 and haven't looked back.

I believe that everyone should give back to an exceptional community such as ours and with that as my motto have been active in the Jaycees, Kiwanis, served on the Hill Country Memorial Hospital Board, and was a Chamber Ambassador. I also served on the Church council for Bethany Lutheran Church. One of my greatest achievements was starting the brilliant fireworks display for July 4th that now is the responsiblity of the city.

My wife and I both graduated from FHS, and our children also graduated from our exceptional school system. Our roots are here. I know the Hill Country and our market.

We believe in our slogan "Hill Country Proud...Fredericksburg Friendly" and the agents in our office live by this standard.
